Hannah and Pat tied the knot on a beautiful Spring day at the gorgeous Brown Brothers winery in Milawa, Country Victoria. Hannah was dressed head-to-toe in Melbourne designers, looked fabulous in her One Day Bridal gown and Isabella May pearl earrings.
